Application requirements

Submissions for this year’s Conference will open in March 2018. Each application should contain an abstract of up to 150 words, in English and Russian, together with a research proposal.

Research proposal (500-1000 words) should include:

  1. Objectives of the study/research questions;
  2. Theoretical/conceptual framework;
  3. Methodology/design;
  4. Expected results;
  5. Literature.

The papers should present original research findings or case studies carried out in accordance with top-notch academic standards. Speakers will have 15–20 minutes each to deliver their presentation.

The working languages of the Conference are Russian and English; simultaneous translation will be available during all plenary sessions and most parallel sessions.

Special sessions

The Programme Committee will consider special session applications from groups. A group of applicants is encouraged to suggest a special session topic if they wish to present their papers at a single session, specifying the title of this session. In this case, the Programme Committee should be notified by email at: raher.conf@gmail.com. The letter should include the following:

  • Title of the suggested session
  • Names of presenting speakers and titles of their papers
  • Name of the suggested session chairperson and their contact information (phone, email address, etc.).
Each session will have 90 minutes for presentations and discussion. The Programme Committee will consider the submitted proposals and make decisions on the suggested sessions upon reviewing the papers, when finalising the conference programme.
The Programme Committee will also consider plenary applications including theme, participants, and questions for discussion.

Selection of Applications

The Programme Committee will announce its decision following peer review by independent experts.
