Participants will be required are required to register and to pay the conference fee as detailed below:

The registration fee covers the following participant package: a name tag, a conference program, a notepad, a pen, and coffee breaks and lunches for all days of the Conference.
Please note that registration for the conference will be closed on October, 20.
Reduced fee entitlement:
- Russian and overseas students;
- Graduates of the Institute of Education of the HSE (Moscow).
The following are exempt from the registration fee
- Section managers identified in the Conference Program;
- Honorary guests;
- Participants upon special invitation by the Organizing Committee;
- Students and staff of the Higher School of Economics, Moscow (they are allowed to attend the Conference sections for free by registering online or at the registration desk on the days of the Conference, but no participant package is included).
You can pay the registration fee by the following methods:

If you are currently in Russia, you may use the payment receipt below to pay your Conference fee at any local bank.

Please note that in 2018 there will be no option of cash payment at the Conference venue.
