The Programme Committee considers special session applications from groups. The group of applicants is encouraged to suggest a special session topic if they wish to present their papers at a single session, specifying the title of this session. In this case, the Programme Committee should be notified by a letter sent to email: email@example.com. The letter should include the following information:
- Title of the suggested session;
- Names of presenting speakers;
- Titles of their papers;
- Name of the suggested session chairperson and the contact information (cellphone number, email address).
Each session has 90 min. for presentations and discussion (3-4 presentations). The Programme Committee considers submitted proposals and makes decisions on the suggested sessions upon reviewing the papers, when finalising the conference programme.
