Useful Information for Participants

COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the number of COVID-19 cases in Moscow and are concerned about the health of the conference participants. At the moment, there are no prohibitions on holding events of this scale in Moscow. However, we cannot guarantee that due to the growing number of new cases, all conference events will be held in face-to-face and hybrid formats. We will definitely send a mail to the registered participants if the conference format changes due to new limitations.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we kindly ask all offline conference participants:

Wear a face mask on campus. According to the HSE rules, you can take off your mask during your presentation. Otherwise, we ask you to keep the mask on at all times.
Wipe your hands regularly with an antiseptic.
When seating in classrooms, maintain a social distance of 1.5m.
When the first signs of a cold appear, self-isolate and do not attend face-to-face conference events. We will always be glad to see you online!

Conference Venue and Navigation

This year, the RHEC will be held for the first time in the campus of the Higher School of Economics on Pokrovsky Boulevard. 11. The campus can be reached from the Chistye Prudy, Kitay-Gorod, Kurskaya and Novokuznetskaya metro stations. Please visit this link to choose the route that suits you the most.

The HSE building has access control. If you are not an employee or student of the university, then on guard post you need to say that you have come to the RHEC 2021 conference and give your full name, as well as present your passport.

If you are not familiar with the territory of the building, then we ask you to study the map of the complex in advance. You can guide yourself by the signs, and volunteers will also tell you the way to the rooms. For navigation, you can use the Pokrovka navigator (language setting change is available at the top of the page), an application for Android and iOS.

Plenary sessions will be held at the HSE Cultural Center (building Z).

Other sessions - in buildings D (rooms D201, D204) and F (rooms F201, F301).

Participant Badge

During the three days of the conference, we ask that you carry your participant badge with you in order to gain access to the events. You can get your badge at registration, it will be open on October 14 and 15 from 9:30 to 12:00 in the lobby of the HSE Cultural Center (building Z) and on October 16 in Room G222 (building G). If you come to the conference after 12:00, please contact the Organizing Committee (room G222) to receive your badge.

Conference programme

The conference program can be found on the website of the RHEC 2021 conference: day 1, day 2, day 3. This year we do not distribute packages of participants, nor do we provide the program in printed version. If you find it inconvenient to use the electronic program, please print out the conference program yourself in advance.

Conference Streaming and Zoom Links

The plenary sessions will be broadcasted on Youtube, we will add links to the broadcast on the program page. The remaining sessions will be held in Zoom, for security reasons we do not publish links to Zoom meetings on the site. They will be sent separately to registered conference participants.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches

Morning coffee breaks are organized in the lobby of the Cultural Center. Evening - in rooms G203, G303, G322. The final reception will be held at the Professors' Club (M111).

You can have lunch or a snack on the campus. The organization of food on Pokrovka at the moment consists of several options:

Dining room in the North Atrium. It is located in building N on floor N1.
Coffee shop on the ground floor of Building F. Tables both inside the building and in the South Atrium.
Coffee shop "Grusha" on the ground floor of building S.
Dining room in building K (floor K1).
Restaurant in building K (floor K2). Two entrances - from the D2 floor and directly from the K2 floor.
